In my last post, DON’T BE DISTRACTED BY ANGER, we discussed an act of treachery, someone inside the institution of the Supreme Court leaked a draft opinion of the Court (Supreme Court has voted to overturn abortion rights, draft opinion shows (politico.com)). Strangely, however, this news was most appropriate in the week before Mother’s Day. Why? Overall, the news was good! Judge Samuel Alito wrote a well-reasoned judicial opinion designed to return the abortion issue back to state legislatures.
What is the first priority of mothers and fathers? Don’t we have a responsibility to protect our children? When does that responsibility begin? That is what the debate over abortion is all about. Part of our duty as fathers and mothers is to be good citizens. That is because we need a good government to protect the rights of our children. Unfortunately, most of us have failed miserably to be good citizens. We have elected too many leaders who are all too willing to corrupt our laws and our institutions. These leaders would have us believe that reproduction is about abortion and that our children — especially control over their education — belong to them.
Fortunately, we still have an opportunity to redeem ourselves. We are still free, and we can strive to be good citizens. Where is a good place to start? Read Judge Samuel Alito’s draft decision. Then contemplate all the babies who been aborted because we allowed our leaders to appoint incompetent, unqualified, and corrupt judges. If we want to protect our children, we have to be good citizens. We must participate in the political process. We must elect leaders who will protect our rights, including the rights of our children.

I could not agree more! Regarding incompetent judges, just get a load of the three liberal judges on the Supreme Court. Not only are they leftist ideologues who hate the US Constitution but they are (how can I put this delicately?) authentic dummies.
And Chief Justice Roberts… Isn’t he a piece of work?

When we start wanting what we want at any cost, we begin to produce the results we have seen on the Supreme Court.
Are the Liberal Democrat judges dummies? Not necessarily. Someone can be highly intelligent and still be unqualified and incompetent. If a lawyer insists upon believing that the Constitution is a living document, that the Constitution means whatever he personally believes that it ought to mean, then his or her opinions will be too often wrong. Such a judge is unqualified and incompetent to serve as a judge. That is what makes the Liberal Democrat appointed judges seem like authentic dummies. Ronald Reagan put it this way.
Liberal Democrats dodge questions because they know their arguments don’t make sense, but they believe them anyway. To keep on believing they ignore and ostracize the people who disagree with them. Ultimately, they silence dissent by any means necessary.
Roberts, on the other hand, pretended to be something he is not. So, he gets the respect due his position, but I doubt many people respect him personally. Treachery doesn’t garner much respect.
