As long as one is going to have their child in a government school, I see nothing wrong with the five-point list.
Especially number 5. Teachers can look at ‘open’ social media pages all they want. There’s nothing really stopping them, nor can they be prohibited from doing so – but – nothing posted on that open site should be ANY grounds for inquisition or action within the schoolhouse [barring death threats against the teacher I suppose]. Period.

High-school clubs have been problematic for as long as the public schools have allowed them. Imagine setting up any kind of religious club. The Gay Straight Alliance is just a club that worships sex.
Anyway, with the exception perhaps of the last one, those five rules are nothing new. So, we should wonder why such rules were not already being enforced.
I can almost agree with you, except you again have to equate homosexuality with sex, and only sex. But not heterosexualality.

The Bible actually has more to say about the sexual sins of heterosexuals. We just happen to be discussing sexual sin at a time when politicians and the news media are primarily pushing the LGBTQ agenda instead of the glories of your typical brothel.

I seem to remember a requirement to join any club in school required a signed parent approval form.
With all the laws to protect gays and other influences now in the USA, parents better wise up before their kids are brain washed and taken away from them both mentally,, physiclally and Spiritually.
Sad. I read a post of yours where you cited ancient Isiah verses that implied tthe evil one was defeated. Maybe in his generation and time, but certainly not in our present generations.in the USA.
School vouchers is the only hope now parents have in my opinion to protect tthier families.especially in ages 1-12 that modern day psychologist agree are the most formaltive and influencial ages for vulneable children.
That plus the llucky children that are members of families with two opposite sex parents who attend religious services on a regular basis as examples for children to emulate.
Emulate to be better prepared when they leave home and have a hopefully better in depth understand of religous family values. .
