Why is mask-wearing for American citizens such a huge issue when illegals are crossing our southern border in droves and are neither vaccinated nor disease-free? They aren’t quarantined, either. Why, then, make our kids wear masks at school? If Delta is such a problem, shouldn’t we be most concerned about illegals bringing in COVID and other variants while being allowed to find asylum among US citizens without any restrictions?
Our government also claims that every citizen must be vaccinated—or at least that’s the push. But why? Some who have been vaccinated are becoming infected with the Delta variant, and others have been infected with the original COVID strain even after being immunized. It appears that the COVID vaccines are about as effective as the flu vaccine that varies annually and never hits the nail squarely on the head.

There are a lot of moving parts to consider when talking about the policies of the Biden Admin. and the Dem party. What they are doing right now is not a mistake or even incompetence (although they would like for us to look at it that way) obviously the Dem party has pushed popular policy to the side in favor of a more authoritarian approach to ruling. It seems they are putting all their eggs in one basket , in a make or break moment. When we will see the climax of their decisions remains to be seen. I only pay that they are unsuccessful in their plans and that the cost of bringing America back to the nation it was created to be isn’t as steep as I fear it may be.

What you are saying makes sense. I have just a little to add. If we don’t want to pay a steep cost to bringing America back to the nation it was created to be, then each of us has to be the kind of citizen we ought to be.
The government and media is actively lying to us every day and whipping up such a frenzy of hate between Americans, its leading us down a very bad path. You are correct to ask what are we going to do about it?

I like your post title because what is being masked, in my opinion, is the truth of what needs to be unmasked and understood by voters.
That is the truth as Michael commented, of what the major news networks are masking up is Joe Biden’s wishy- washy Nanny Government policies have allowed the Delta variant to spread into the USA.
