WHEN EQUITY AND INCLUSION BECOME AN EXCUSE FOR DIVISION — THE EXTENDED DEADLINE

What is going on? Nothing surprising. Our Board of County Supervisors and the Office of Equity and Inclusion (pwcva.gov) did not get the feedback it wanted. The vast majority of the people who commented on the “Equity and Inclusion Draft Policy” want nothing to do with Critical Race Theory. So, the advocates for the policy extended the deadline to the close of business on July 30, 2021 so they could drum up positive comments on their draft policy for promoting bigotry.
