Sometimes a simple answer explains a whole lot. Consider this reblog of Real Reason for Capital Anarchy Happening? King Solomon Blog – Rudy u Martinka (

Interested in an analogy comparison of the Washington DC Capital anarchy scenario?

The Chicago Tribune articles today, too many to choose from, point blame at President Trump along with a host of opinions of the event by various groups of intriguers. These articles brought to my mind some reasoning I experienced during my manufacturing working career.

The Purpose of This Post

Is to related an ancient proverb and an anology of what working people experience every day in a manufacturing plant to produce components from iron ores to high precision tolerance widgets.

King Solomon

Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men. (Proverb 22:29)

What’s My Point?

Most people who never experienced working in a manufacturing plant that requires engineering blueprint details, manufacturing processes, and quality controls required to produce a high precision widget do not understand the details of how a widget is manufactured.

  1. tsalmon you commented,,,
“Paul Krugman in his column this morning said Trump and his followers are all part of a fascist uprising – true that.”

I wonder if you can help me.

I stopped reading Krugman’s opinions along time ago because I disagreed with his theories which influenced the Obama years to allow USA millions of USA MANUFACTURING jobs to continue to be outsourced to China and never be concerned about trade imbalances.

Perhaps you can answer or know what his opinions about the following article linked below

I wonder if Krugman wrote the same opinion about the previous riot that took place in Washington DC on Jan 2020. I would like to compare to his opinion of January 2021.

Perhaps you can answer or know what his opinions about the following article linked below?

Did he call the rioters fascists’ too or ….?

    Regards and goodwill blogging.

  2. Thanks.

I guess we need to reset the sign to “zero” out in front of our democracy that says “It has been ‘X’ number of days since the last attempted coup”. Last night, I heard Brian Williams call our failed insurrection the “White Privilege Jamboree”. (Similar to what my daughter said while it was happening). Paul Krugman in his column this morning said Trump and his followers are all part of a fascist uprising – true that.

    1. @tsalmon

What a reliable source. Paul Krugman expected Trump to crash the economy too.

You have a remarkably low threshold for calling your brother a fascist, but Jesus predicted such behavior. Except for the hysteria the so-called mainstream news media has genned up for years, you have no reason to believe Trump is a racist, much less a fascist. Yet you cannot — the news media cannot — defend what you and they stand for. So, you demonize your political opponents because that is what the news media and probably many of your professors have taught you. Put your opponent on defense, and keep them there no matter what. Makes a debate with you kind of pointless, but you are my brother.

Do I believe there is some great conspiracy? No. I just believe Satan is real. I also believe men will pursue what they see in their self interest long past the point the evil of doing so has become obvious. Since we form into factions, often what looks like a conspiracy is just people pursuing their common self interests.

Either of us could easily list things that our countrymen are doing wrong. The most obvious is buying products made with slave labor, but turning out for a peaceful demonstration in Washington DC should not be in that list. When it is blatantly obvious that almost none of the people who attended that demonstration did anything wrong, except daring to disagree with you, you should be ashamed of calling us fascists, but I suppose nothing I can say will bring that about. Likely, so long as the hysteria continues, you will just double down.

      Matthew 10:34-39 English Standard Version
      Not Peace, but a Sword
34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 And a person’s enemies will be those of his own household. 37 Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. 39 Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

When we are told we are sinners and sinning, we don’t like it. When it comes from family, we like it even less.

You have voted for people who want more power than they can responsibility handle. Given the history of man, we can and should expect these people to do bad things. Given what they have done in the past, that is in fact quite evident.

      Remember this post.

Why is it okay for your favorite demonstrators to attack the White House and try to burn down churches? Because they really are communists and you are only pretending I am a fascist?
