Tom,
Thanks for the Inspiration.
After posting my comment on your post about passing the buck and sacrificial goat, I used the same analogy on another issue I believe we both agree.

Tom,
The real reasons you have presented of evidence and braking laws will do nothing to change the outcome of the election.
Here is the real reason behind the courts refusals to hear the evidences and the same reason will apply in my opinion when Congress meets in Jan according to Mark Levin.

I like Mark Levin, and I tend to agree with him, but I think he misunderstands the fears of the judges on the Supreme Court.
Propaganda is an insidious thing. Lies undermine the truth both in the deceived and the deceiver. Even a liar — because he wants to believe his lies are true — eventually succumbs to his own deceptions. Therefore, any society which is given birth in deception must collapse under the weight of its own fantasies.
So, what frightened the Conservative judges on the Supreme Court? Was it the threat of court packing? No. They feared the Liberal Democrat mob.
Any jurist capable of serving on the Supreme Court has been a first class student and is a top notch academic. That is, the judges on the Supreme Court have been thoroughly indoctrinated, and they have indoctrinated others. They have both received and given out what passes for conventional wisdom in America’s predominately Liberal Democrat Law Colleges.
How does a Conservative survive in a Liberal Democrat Law College? They learn the wisdom of not rocking the boat.
Does ignoring evil — actually approving of evil by implication — ever work? Not in our wildest fantasies. When in cowardice we give in the demands evildoers, that just encourages them.
Because there is a difference between being a top notch academic and wise, instead of promoting judges to the Supreme Court, we probably ought to appoint citizens who have demonstrated unusual wisdom and courage to serve on the Supreme Court. Risky? I supposed so, but we have not been well served by the judges we have appointed by the traditional method.

Tom,
The Supreme Court decided to pass the buck on this issue. Problem is who specifically did that pass the buck to is the question?
It is an impossible task to produce evidence of fraud if there are no ways to check the credibility of mailed in ballots for millions of ballots that have no practical way to be verified.
When a worker has no photo ID, and is allowed to make judgements on signatures in seconds which people trained to do need expertise training take weeks, or when a machine is set at the lowest verification level, it is impossible for Trump to prove fraud in the time periods and funds required by the present laws.
Other issues of timed received being trance with inked times stamps, etc. And envelopes separated from ballot and destroyed, etc. etc.
So, who is the buck being passed to is the question when Congress ia comprised of USA life time politicians who have been proven to be the best trained experienced buck passers in the world?
Add that individual States set their own rules only adds to the buck passing.
Sad.
In my opinio, Trump is going to be a sacrificial goat, that in ancient times was burnt on an altar to atone for the sins of a Nation.
That is because Congress is afraid to stand up for Trump because they know if they do, there will be violent backlash in the Nation by angry voters who will feel cheated.
And the reason they will be angry is they were never taught in youth to understand why in ancient times a sacrificial goat was believed a yearly necessity to be sacrificed to atone for the sins of a Nation.
Sad.

Well, it is a cinch we are a sinful nation.
Is Trump the goat? I guess so. Because of TDS he is being blamed for anything and everything, even the Coronavirus, by the so-called mainstream news media. So, Democrats feel righteous when they use any means they can to keep him out of the White House.
To pull off the amount of cheating Democrats required, Democrats had to recruit a fairly large number of people and an even larger number to look the other way. What is their motive? Our political elites make a fine living feeding off of the government. That includes all levels of government.
Trump is an outsider, and he threatened the profitability of their scams. They like the status quo, even if they are destroying the country.
Consider the irony. These people want us to believe in global warming, and they don’t understand that they are on the way to Hell.
