Were the rules followed in Georgia, or was the election stolen. The Georgia legislature is finally looking into the matter. Here are some of the latest stories. They include a video that looks like the sort of evidence we call a smoking gun. Is it? Check out these stories. So called mainstream news media is ignoring this story, of course.

Here are a few of the things one must believe to believe Biden won…

I’m praying lots
I think it was stolen too, but what’s to be done about it?
@atimetoshare.me
Whatever we can. Most of us are guilty of apathy, waiting for someone else to act. A large part of it is that we were educated in the public schools where we got lousiest possible education in civics.
Why politicians are so corrupt? It isn’t because no one who is honest is willing to run. It is because the vast majority of us don’t care enough to do anything.
Each of us just needs to stop and think. Think about how easy it is to figure out what to do. Here are some obvious ideas. Are they all suitable for everyone? No, but we can all do something.
1. Donate money to Trump’s legal team.
2. Volunteer to work the polls.
3. Join the our favor political party and serve as a poll watcher. Help to nominate the best candidates and fund their campaigns.
4. Write our elected officials and respectfully demand action like: an investigation of election fraud and support for laws which increase confidence in election integrity.
5. Join a nonprofit that focuses on political issues. We don’t have to depend on politicians and the news media to advocate our causes to the public.
All great suggestions. Thanks Tom❤️
When donating on the Trump site, do read the fine print of where the money is going.
https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-usa-election-trump-fundraising-insigh/donations-under-8k-to-trump-election-defense-instead-go-to-president-rnc-idUKKBN27R30B
I have no doubt, you will be fine with where your money is going, but it may not be the legal fight you are thinking of.
@marmoewp
Here is the link where that quote is: https://secure.winred.com/djt/election-defense-fund-v2?location=djtwebredbar?utm_medium=web&utm_source=djt_web&utm_content=redbar
On Tuesday, a week after the election, the small print changed: Now, 60 percent of every donation goes to Trump’s new leadership PAC, Save America. Only after a donor gives the $5,000 legal maximum to Save America would any portion of their contribution go to Trump’s recount effort.
The remainder of every check, 40 percent, goes to the RNC, up to the legal maximum of $35,500. Only donors who’ve maxed out to the RNC will have their contributions deposited in the party’s legal and headquarters accounts, each of which can accept contributions of up to $106,500.
Donations to these committees and their designated legal accounts are regulated by federal law. Trump’s recount account may be used only for campaign-related recount and legal fees; he would violate the law if he were to try to spend any excess funds defending himself against tax or fraud investigations in New York, for instance, or for other personal legal expenses.
However, Trump’s new leadership PAC offers far more flexibility than a recount account. A leadership PAC is supposed to be used to make contributions to candidates, but it also might be used to finance Trump’s travel and rallies, to pay for events at Trump properties and for other purposes. Additionally, although federal law states that any “contribution accepted by a candidate” cannot be used for personal expenses — such as excessive consulting payments to family members or a trip to Disney World — the Federal Election Commission has created ambiguity about the extent to which the personal use ban applies to contributions accepted by a candidate’s or officeholder’s leadership PAC.

@tsalmon
I did not see any anonymous sources in the Compost’s article. Are you sure you can trust it without a high placed anonymous sources. Looks suspicious.
It is a cinch that neither you or the Compost are going to send Trump any money. So what are you worried about? Afraid that Biden will have that election the Democratic Party stole for him will be taken back? No, you are just repeating the usual angry, hysterical, libelous, and slanderous words of the so-called news media because you accidentally read something else, and it bothered you. That’s progress.
There is some, perhaps intensional, legalese about how and where your small donations will be spent. These are just “facts”, facts in the language of the donation set up and in the amazing discretion the law allows in what leadership PACs can be used for. Do your own research, however. Search the “Save America” leadership PAC and leadership PACs in general. You’ll find these “facts” from numerous sources, some nonpartisan.
Just the conversion of donations to this PAC itself is an admission that Trump has given up on the, what, the almost 50, failed legal actions and is thinking about maintaining his lifestyle and party control long after Biden is inexorably inaugurated.
If you are happy with Trump spending that $200 million dollar slush fund on everything from lavish golf outings to banquets at Trump properties to all his expensive traveling from one of his resorts to another, then please give generously – the Democratic Party will love you for it. (Personally, I sent my meager campaign funding dollars to the two Dems in the GA runoffs, but you set your own diff end priorities please for your election spending).
It’s just facts and the law. However, if, in your paranoia, you have burrowed so far down into an information bunker that facts from the whole rest of the world’s news, legal and science sources can’t penetrate it, well then, nothing will probably convince you. Enjoy that fantasy while it lasts. 😊
@tsalmon
I am happy I don’t believe the so-called mainstream news media. I did not vote for people who just want to rob us.
Look at you. After four years you are still obsessed with attacking Trump, and that the sum total of what you talk about.
Trump 2024! Because losing just once is never enough!
😄
@tsalmon
You cannot complain about anything Trump did in office, you don’t know anything about the stuff Biden should be going to jail for doing, and you know nothing specific about the issues with respect to election fraud. Why? The places you get your news from bury anything positive about Trump or negative about Democrats. So all you can do is repeat their propaganda and derogatory nonsense.
All you have done is put yourself in a no-win situation. If Trump proves election fraud because you believe the so-called mainstream media you will ignorantly be supporting rioters, no doubt. Because your daughter is likely to participate, I pity you. If Biden becomes president, you will come to my blog and read about how he is fouling up our country, at least until Big Tech starts censoring small fry like me.
What a mess we are leaving for our children and grandchildren!
So, go ahead! Crow about winning, but is it too much to ask you to think first? What have you won?
Remember the Obama administration. That man was supposed to bring us together. What did he do right? What has Biden ever done right?
Anyway, have fun living with yourself.
“I did not vote for people who just want to rob us.”
You have just made my day, brother, with that statement. The irony of it will sink in eventually, and I hope you look back with humor instead of bitterness.
After the inauguration, just keep following your donation money (if you can – it’s not all that transparent). The RNC has over $100 million in presidential election debt that will get paid off first by its portion of your donation, even before these so-called election (except in court) fraud legal battles. (Biden’s campaign has no debt).
Trump will continue to allege the election was stolen and that he is planning a 2024 bid so as to keep generating money for his leadership PAC. This will take all the oxygen (and money) out of the room for any potential Republican candidates (who pretty much would otherwise have to start very soon) that you might prefer and that might be a better fit against Biden (or Harris). Because I doubt Trump has any real intention to risk losing twice, it will set him up as the RNC king maker (and all the grift he can get out of that pick).
This is all a wonderful boon to the DNC who has the luxury of being able to think more strategically than a Republican constituency now in the grips of the stages of Trump grief over sore losing. Trump is literally doing his best to throw the GA Senate runoffs to the Dems because Republican supporters are disillusioned with their (Republican run) election institutions while the Democrats have the momentum and the better ground game after defeating Trump.
So please don’t read the fine print and please donate generously to this supposed election defense fund. The Democrats will thank you some day.
TRUMP 2024!
😂
@tsalmon
Biden has no debt. Democrats abhor money in politics except when the donations are to them. Then they brag. However, they don’t much talk about where the money is coming from.
You still have not figured out the hypocrisy. You can’t even see it. You won’t look. None are so blind as those who refuse to see.
(Biden’s campaign has no debt)
Biden is able to generate billions in election funding, yet unable to get six people to attend any rally. Trump has cars lined up for 96 miles at his rallies.
Indeed.
What does this tell us?
I do not think it means what you think it means.
Sounds like a non sequitur Liz, but please explain it to me slowly, perhaps on a wall with red yarn connecting all the disembodied Venezuelan perpetrators.
Biden won. He will be inaugurated on Jan. 20. Whatever Biden did, in practical terms, it worked. However, as I said before, “but for” Trump, I doubt Biden could have beat any halfway “decent” Republican candidate.
You really seem obsessed with Venezuela for some reason. Ever been there? Most places don’t take their own currency.
If you can’t come up with any reason why a person who has been in politics for over 4 decades can campaign from his own basement, get absolutely no support for his rallies, and come up with billions in election funding….I can’t help you.
Might help to take a look at the people he has lined up for key positions.
Liz,
Venezuela? No, but I’ve been in the vicinity. That’s the, uhh, Trump lawyers’ bugaboo, not mine.
“If you can’t come up with any reason why a person who has been in politics for over 4 decades can campaign from his own basement, get absolutely no support for his rallies, and come up with billions in election funding….I can’t help you.“
Must be some deep, dark secret conspiracy. It couldn’t be the most obvious thing in the world – 80,000,000 Americans just viscerally hate Trump. No, that’s way too easy.
@tsalmon
You have nothing to say worth listening to right now. You may as well set aside your pretend glee. You are not fooling anyone. Happy Democrats really don’t exist.
“Because your daughter is likely to participate, I pity you.”
I’m proud of my daughter’s political opinions and her activism. Since you mention it, I’m curious, do your daughters agree with you?
@tsalmon
Nobody agrees with me. I have an ideology that is all my own, and everyone who disagrees is an idiot.
“So, go ahead! Crow about winning, but is it too much to ask you to think first?”
Tom,
No, I would hope not. I try to understand all sides as much as I’m capable. Since retirement, thinking and reading are my main hobbies. COVID has only made this more so.
“What have you won?”
Well, IMHO, getting rid of Trump would be a great improvement if the country gained nothing else. That’s not really a “win” for me personally, but a win for all Americans.
“Remember the Obama administration. That man was supposed to bring us together. What did he do right?”
Obama brought us out of the Great Recession and saved the auto industry. He began the longest economic expansion in our country’s history. Most of the country now supports the ACA. He might have done more, but for Moscow Mitch’s gridlock. I don’t agree with everything Obama did, but I think history will remember him far more fondly than Trump.
“What has Biden ever done right?”
He has a record of bipartisan work and he gets some credit for some the better accomplishments of the Obama administration. However, the best thing Biden has ever done in my mind is beat Trump. If he does nothing else, he may have saved the soul of the nation as far as I’m concerned.
“Anyway, have fun living with yourself.”
Thanks! I’ve always been pretty comfortable in my own skin, much more so as I’ve grown older. I think that I am one of the most naturally contented people that I have ever known. It’s not anything in particular that I have done to deserve this – I am just blessed in so many, many ways and I know it. And I try to appreciate it.
Do you have fun living with yourself?
@tsalmon
Now he wants to discuss the issues, AFTER the election is done.
1. You still cannot say why getting rid Trump would be good for the country. All you ever did is insult the man.
2. Obama’s policies created a stagnant economy. The growth rate was about the same as the population growth.The ACA as is now has little to do with the monstrosity Obama created with a bunch of lies. Trump radically changed the implementation. Watch what happens if Biden take office.
3. You could not say anything Biden actually did. Sad! The man didn’t even get himself elected. Whenever he talked he lost votes. So, his managers wanted him in the basement.
Have fun living with yourself. “Enjoy” your gloating while it lasts. Remember these words. “This too shall pass.”
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/20141021084324-7280985-the-king-and-the-ring-this-too-shall-pass
Do I have fun living with myself? Life is full of frustrations.I don’t have to pretend otherwise.
“Nobody agrees with me. I have an ideology that is all my own, and everyone who disagrees is an idiot.”
LOL! If it makes you feel any better, my daughter has been making me feel like an idiot since she was three years old. Knowing your daughters accomplishments, I’m sure that you would agree that having smart daughters can be a curse. 😊
Venezuela? No, but I’ve been in the vicinity. That’s the, uhh, Trump lawyers’ bugaboo, not mine.
Okay. But…you mention it a LOT. No one else here has (as far as I’ve seen).
Have you broke your foot wrestling any dogs while naked yet?
Guess I should bring up a naked dog wrestling segues.
15 or 20 or something times.
Just because.
“Guess I should bring up a naked dog wrestling segues.”
Liz,
That would be a refreshing change.
Ok. Just search “Sidney Powell and Venezuela”, pick your fav MSM news outlet or go full MAGA and pick some less credible source. Sidney is full of conspiracies about Dominion software and dead dictators.
You are all falling for conspiracy theories that, if you drill down just a little bit, are debunked in real time, even by the government agency Trump set up to debunk them – “suitcases” of ballots, for example, just happens to be how they transport ballots more securely.
I get it. Unlike most conspiracy theories, these are being actively encouraged by a POTUS who probably, frighteningly, wants to believe them himself in order to save his pathologically fragile narcissistic ego from the stain of being a loser.
The odd thing is that your argument is that every weird conspiracy theory that every single one of something like seven million more Biden votes weren’t validly cast must be debunked beyond an unreasonable doubt, but anyone, Democrat or Republican or press, who actually debunks the theory automatically becomes suspect and unreliable simply by the act of debunking the theory. This traps you in an information feedback loop of constant confirmation bias.
If it has the effect of Republicans losing confidence in the reliability their election institutions, the courts, the DOJ, even where run by Republicans and in Republican states, while Democrats maintain even greater confidence and enthusiasm, who do you think wins here?
This is just sad in the short run and utterly self defeating in the long run.
@tsalmon
You just full to the brimming with propaganda.
Democrats have relaxed the rules we use to maintain the integrity of our elections to the point where each side accused the other of rule breaking, but the news media only takes the side of Democrats. So, Conservatives are conspiracy theorists? How gullible do you have to be to swallow nonsense like that? Russia! Russia! Russia! That wasn’t a silly, never-ending conspiracy theory?
The facts of what is going in in Pennsylvania are not contested. The issues are straightforward and constitutional. Look them up.
In Georgia, they have the fraud on video.
Seriously, you are the one who should be the subject of ridicule. Instead, good people are just pitying you.
Tom,
From the fact checkers at the supposed “smoking gun” link that you provided:
“Two high-level officials with the Georgia secretary of state’s office and a state elections board monitor each told Lead Stories that their investigations revealed nothing suspicious in the video. The officials said the ballots seen in the video were in regular ballot containers — not suitcases — and they had been removed from their envelopes and processed while news media and election observers for the Republican Party and Trump campaign were present. The media and party observers were never told to leave because counting was over for the night, but they apparently followed workers who left once their job of opening envelopes was completed, the chief investigator for the secretary of state told Lead Stories. The observers were free to return at anytime, she said. Georgia law allows observers, but does not require them to be there for ballots to be counted, she said.”
@tsalmon
Would you like to provide a link to your “factchecker”?

😂
@tsalmon
Not really much fun being right in a situation like this. But laughing really isn’t much different from crying.
Here’s the FOX “News” section debunking the video that the FOX “Opinion” section was simultaneously reporting that the video proves fraud:
https://m.box.com/shared_item/https%3A%2F%2Fapp.box.com%2Fs%2F62030aianilwxkpnkylk6nqfh7ixovld
This is what it looks when the conservative media and the Republican Party snakes start eating themselves.
@tsalmon
FOX has both Liberals and Conservatives. That video added nothing new. You are pinning your hopes on people without the guts to give their name to back up their word, and you have been doing this for years because the mainstream news media claims respect, not that they do anything respectable.
It seems that total fealty to Trump’s lies is what defines a “conservative” for you now. According to the “news” sources YOU PROVIDED, Conservative Republican Georgia officials investigated your big video and said nothing abnormal happened.
Georgia just certified the vote for Biden again after the third recount. Another lawsuit brought by “Team Trump” in PA was just dismissed by the courts there. How stupid does this have to get?
Georgia just certified the vote f
@tsalmon
You are not considering the facts of matter.
When I said you want to be one of the cool kids, I was not kidding. The cool kids don’t do what is right. They seek to do what seems glamorous and stylish.
Think about who is leading our nation at this point. The mass media. That is who you are taking your queues from. You are not looking at facts or evidence. You are just heaping up ridicule.
“You are not considering the facts of matter.”
Facts? I just proved, using your own sited sources, that you have you have your “facts” completely wrong regarding this supposed “smoking gun” video.
“When I said you want to be one of the cool kids, I was not kidding. The cool kids don’t do what is right. They seek to do what seems glamorous and stylish.”
Ok, this is a strange, even hilarious, metaphor. “Glamorous and stylish”? No one who has ever known me but you, not even my wife, would ever accuse me of any fashion sense. When Kate was out of town, my legal secretary used to openly mock of my lack of fashion sense in front of others at the law office – thank God uniforms are like geranimals for grownups or even my airline passengers would have laughed at me. 😄
“Think about who is leading our nation at this point. The mass media. That is who you are taking your queues from.”
This is YOUR media, YOUR own source.
“You are not looking at facts or evidence.”
What facts and evidence? Your video? Sidney Powell’s Kraken that just got dismissed by a federal court in GA?
“You are just heaping up ridicule.”
Just pointing out the obvious. If that feels like ridicule, then what does that tell you?
@tsalmon
You cited my own sources? I have no idea what you are talking about. I cited => https://thefederalist.com/2020/12/07/no-the-georgia-vote-counting-video-was-not-debunked-not-even-close/
Your sole source is https://leadstories.com/hoax-alert/2020/12/fact-check-video-from-ga-does-not-show-suitcases-filled-with-ballots-pulled-from-under-a-table-after-poll-workers-dismissed.html?fbclid=IwAR31B7mct8HVQ4iKbBgmo3vsG8XTPKmJYPyD7QiGe0p1eLVymH6DnMkfZ2g. This is what all the Liberals are citing, but what is leadstories.com? Read my source about that.
Initially, the leadstories.com did not have any named sources. Now the darned thing is being updated so that we would have to have the original to know how lame it was, but the updates don’t help much.
This “source” makes an idiotic claim.
The whole point of having observers is to make certain that only legitimate ballots are scanned. Sending the observers home and then scanning the ballots makes absolutely no sense. If what Sterling says is true, the security process is thoroughly broken. The scanners actually should have been shut down before the observers left. Nobody should have been in that room scanning ballots without observers. Nobody.
As it is, the reasons for shutting down the vote county are all over the place. Initially the story was that the vote count was stopped because of a broken water pipe, but that lie did not hold, so people keep coming up with new ones. Once the electors vote, the lies are not supposed to matter anymore. Democrats will have cheated fair and square.
Frances Watson, chief investigator for the Georgia secretary of state, essentially asks us not to believe what we are seeing on the video.
Are you familiar with the expression “gaslighting”?
Democrats are fighting any serious effort to investigate election fraud. This is AFTER seriously relaxing the rules for maintaining election integrity when the problems with doing so were entirely predicable. Nobody in his right mind would trust widespread mail-in voting, especially when they signatures are not checked. So, ridicule all you want, but your position reeks of hypocrisy and stupidity. If I have no good reason to trust our election, and you cannot point to any good reason — except spouting ridiculous ridicule — then you cannot trust it either. You are just being successfully gaslighted.
Look carefully at yourself. Then consider the nature of our judiciary. We have PARTISAN judges. We have judges who are afraid of an even more partisan news media. Our elites, because he threatens the Swamp, hate Trump. You cannot attack Trump’s record, and they cannot either, but our elites can still attack the character of anyone. No one comes close to being perfect. Nevertheless, until they rigged the election, our elites had failed in their effort to remove Trump from office for 4 years. Their charges were not sticking because people looked at what Trump was doing, and he was doing what he had promised. And Trump lost the election. You are being gaslighted! Biden got more votes siting in his basement than Obama? You are being gaslighted! Republicans won statehouse, more seats in Congress, held the Senate, and Trump lost to a guy sitting in his basement who could not draw a crowd of flies? You are being gaslighted!
What about Sidney Powell’s Kraken? I don’t know, but Dominion Voting Systems reeks too. We should be using simple paper ballots, not ballot marking devices, and no voting machines should be on the Internet. The process has to be kept simple so that voters and poll workers can see that it is honest. Computer use — black boxes to most of us — needs to be minimized, especially across the Internet.
What about Trump’s legal team? They are going after constitutional and procedural issues. What the video shows is that ballots continued to be counted after the poll workers were told to go home. That is admitted. If that is normal, then what is normal is dead wrong. It is a situation ripe for cheating, and that is the accusation.
When we throw out the rules for maintaining election integrity, those accusations become all too believable. Given human nature, I would have to be a fool (or successfully gaslighted) to believe a Democrat would not cheat, especially after 4 years of false accusations.
We both know of Democrat who lied — at least we should both know. If all you have been doing is listening to the so-called mainstream news media, people who hire the liars, you don’t know a damned thing. However, you should know that a news media that composed largely of Democratic Party hacks is not an objective news media.
Tom,
Never heard of lead stories myself. It’s part of the PJMedia link you have in your post above. I’ve never heard of them either. Perhaps you should revisit your own sources.
I’m bored with this Tom. Democrats have not been the primary debunkers of this film – REPUBLICAN STATE OFFICIALS HAVE DENUED THAT IT SHOWS ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY.
Don’t mean to shout, but this doesn’t seem to be getting through. If there were any election fraud by a cabal of enough people in enough states that was enough to alter the outcome of the election, THIS AIN’T IT – NOT EVEN A LITTLE, ITSY BITSY BIT.
The election in GA is certified again, after three recounts. Courts have thrown out over 50 challenges as less than baseless. Your Kraken is a dead minnow . . . sorry, had to stifle a yawn there.
I would say that this is quixotic, but I have read Don Quixote and his quest had more evidence of evil doing than this dumb rumpus. 😘
TSalmon:
That would be a refreshing change.
😆
Per the rest,
To my knowledge (and I’m not exactly up to speed) there are two agendas which make the difference in court:
1. Prove that Trump actually received more votes than Biden.
2. Prove that the Dominion software is subject to tampering – creating credible doubt about the integrity of the election.
The first is what the courts have been throwing out. The rationale goes (again, to my knowledge), if Powell cannot fid enough votes to give Trump more than Biden, why waste money on a trial even if (some level of) fraud is proven.
OTOH, the second is more substantial. And I’ve pointed to the case twice now. Apparently there are also software developers who worked for Dominion who have provided sworn affidavits. And it should be of particular interest (since the CISA mentioned it, and you have referenced the CISA statements about election tampering twice) Dominion is apparently unauditable. And one of the “safety checks” mentioned for proof of election transparency and legitimacy is the auditing procedure.
Per voter “apathy” and the (ostensible) impact of questioning this election, I recommend this thread. He is spot on:
“Refreshing” side note: I do not always wrestle with a dog in the shower, but when I do I drink Dos Equis.
@Liz
@tsalmon
The news media’s outrage is quite selective. I remember the 2000 election. Unlike tsalmon, I actually tried to figure out what Gore had to complain about, and I was amazed anyone was taking him seriously. He was complaining the votes were undercounted in counties run by Democrats, counties where the Democrats were doing backflips trying to find him votes. That was worth taking seriously? That’s was fraud. Someone should have gone to jail for trying to commit election fraud and wasting everyone’s time.
Just to add, for context please click on the link to read physics geek’s full thoughts, not just the one post above.
Tom,
Sorry, I have to go now. Vogue just named me the most stylish man of the year. All the other cool kids want me to come out and play in all their bad boy reindeer games now, but the paparazzi have the door to my mansion on the coast blocked so I will have to use Santa’s sleigh – it’s parked on my roof helipad. 🎅🏻
BTW, the term “Gasslight” came from a great movie. However, the fictional plot was not near near as fantastic as the yarn you’re spinning about the election Trump just lost, by a lot.
@tsalmon
Vogue should know.
Liz,
Unlike Biden, I’m sure your canine shower escapades are indeed “the most interesting in the world.”
Sorry, I don’t tweet or even have the app for that. I hear it is controlled by the Illuminati and it, along with FB, Google, the traditional press, all government agencies, vaccines and cell towers, cannot be trusted. All that I listen to now are the voices in my head and they tell me to clean my Glock.😉
Perhaps if you have some court document that survived review for more than five minutes. Oops, I forgot, the courts can’t be trusted either. 🧐
I provided a very detailed court document with expert affavits in that case about how insecure the Dominion system was. Judge Totenberg said it was not a matter of if Georgia election would be compromised, only a matter of when. Two weeks before the election.
Nothing about that has changed. So, again (see what I said above).
@Liz
@tsalmon
Everyone has a gift. The cool kids have the power to make whatever they want to believe true. Positive thinking. Need a bridge over an 800 foot deep chasm. Just believe it is there and start walking.
Works a “evidence” too. Wish it is there, Bush-Gore 2000, and it is. Wish it was not there, Trump- Biden 2020, and it is disappears.
Also interesting an election worker was caught on camera.
She ( Ruby Freeman) was going to speak to the media, but deferred and said she was hiring a lawyer (an unusual thing to do before talking to reporters) because “this thing is bigger than me”.
“I provided a very detailed court document with expert affavits in that case about how insecure the Dominion system was. Judge Totenberg said it was not a matter of if Georgia election would be compromised, only a matter of when. “
Liz,
Did you follow the whole case through the Circuit Court Appeals? Remember, this was the Republicans defending their own new system. I’m not sure who you think the enemy is. If your conspiracy is to make sense, the Biden actually got massively more votes and so did the Democratic Senate candidates, but the REPUBLICANS who ran this fraudulent system stole them from them.
“Two weeks before the election.
Nothing about that has changed. So, again (see what I said above).”
Not according to REPUBLICANS: “State officials argued that Georgia has significantly updated and secured its election infrastructure in recent years, and that the new machines have been thoroughly tested and that security measures will prevent problems. They also said last-minute changes would be extremely costly and difficult to implement in time.“ From here:
https://apnews.com/article/election-2020-georgia-lawsuits-voting-rights-elections-e98f55c4dec76272c1503fbe41f0cd15
Anyway Liz, one conspiracy theory at a time please – this post was about a supposed smoking gun video.
“The news media’s outrage is quite selective. I remember the 2000 election. Unlike tsalmon, I actually tried to figure out what Gore had to complain about . . . . “
Tom,
Tired of pushing your not-so-smoking-gun?
I was still practicing law during the 2000 election. I have since studied it fairly thoroughly. Have you even read the SCOTUS holding? It doesn’t seem so from what you wrote. Did you know that the Bush and the Gore lawyers from that case now support Biden’s win and are critical of Trump’s conspiracy theory claims?
@tsalmon
Bush and Gore lawyers support Biden? Oh, then Biden had to have won. The facts just don’t matter. Bush wouldn’t be biased at all?
Frankly, who supports something and who is against something only matters because we have agreed to a form of majority rule. We have a republic, however, because we cannot even trust the majority to be right.
Why am I fed up with you? It isn’t because I think I am right and you wrong. It is because you won’t even consider the matter seriously.
Here is the latest. This is also where the issue belongs. The states should be fighting over this because their citizens have been deprived of a fair election.

“Everyone has a gift. The cool kids have the power to make whatever they want to believe true. Positive thinking. Need a bridge over an 800 foot deep chasm. Just believe it is there and start walking.”
Ha! I was still my own sort of strange geek in high school, when you took your “cool kid” AFROTC scholarship off to college. I was working as an ordinary seaman wiper (my actual Merchant Mariners Z Card title) on offshore tugs when you were getting your second “cool kid” masters degree in space operations management, again paid for by the Air Force. I was desperately trying not embarrass my way out of Aviation Officer Candidate School (it was touch and go) when you were working for NASA putting up the Space Shuttle.
You want to paint me as some sort of elitist, intellectual in-crowd type? I find this fraught with ironic humor, but uhh, thanks, I guess?
Tom, neither one of us has ever actually been one of “the cool kids” who you seem to hate so much. However, you should know that it’s actually the geeks that rule the world, not your alter ego high school bully nemesis. You’ve always been the coolest kid I know, and you always seem to be the only one who doesn’t realize it and are grateful for it.
I am not kidding when I say that I constantly amazed to have fallen in to the things that I have been blessed to be able to do. It was 10 percent luck, 50 percent working my ass off (mostly motivated by fear of failure) and 110 percent the love and sacrifices (and fear) of a good woman and a wonderful family. I know that math doesn’t add up – it never does. I was always terrible at math.
I love and admire you brother, but you are, and have always been “the cool kid”. You just need to realize it for yourself.
Sorry to get personal, but you started it bro.😊
@tsalmon
I am not painting you as anything. I actually have said little about you. I just commented on your immediate behavior.
When you started in with the ridicule instead of debating, you drew your own self portrait.
If we are so silly — if our complaints about constitutional violations are fraud are so baseless — then we are not worth your time. Instead, you are ridiculing us.
You are imitating the news media. They are ridiculing Trump’s legal team because they are afraid. They know the matter is serious. If you don’t know the matter is serious, then you have my sympathy, but I fear you are not that ignorant.
If we do not do something, will there ever be election integrity again? Should this be ignored?
One word——stollen!
Think so too.
