Note that Biden has not answered the simplest of questions: Is this material true or false? They and their media friends just say “unverified” or “Russian disinformation” — they stick with carefully worded non-denial denials. They’re been repeating the phrase “Russian disinformation” like parrots since the NY Post published those e mails. Despite the fact there is absolutely no evidence the e mails came from Russia, or that they are fake (aka disinformation). This would indicate: If they are real, the compulsion to prove they are fake would indicate Biden is in deep doo doo.
Seems there is a “Russian interference” theme to block out all Chinese interference themes.
Why always Russia? China peddles 95 percent of the world’s counterfeit items but no mention of them?
And (just like the troll farm) why is Russia crucial to each and every piece of “disinformation”? I seriously wonder where the minds of liberals go to digest that each and every time. Set aside that US Intelligence agencies had warned the Trump Campaign last year that Giuliani was the target of a Russian influence campaign. Don’t even pay any attention to the absurd chain of custody of this laptop that ph so conveniently fell into Giuliani’s lap. Ignore the fact that, as MW points out, the newly indicted GRU experts do exactly this sort or hacking and disinformation espionage in order to spread distrust of democracy in other allied countries and in our own. Ignore the fact that “stolen emails” corrupted by Russian hacker-and-leak agents is exactly the same gambit played by Trump with Russia in 2016. The troubling comments on those e mails refer to “big man” Biden and money exchanges, also the need to buy burner phones.
And, unlike your assertion (though I am not a legal expert), I’m pretty sure e mails don’t require a chain of custody. Or no person would be jailed for sending a text or e mail…ever. There’s no way to prove that phone never left their hands.

Citizen Tom, this article was written by a former federal prosecutor. He explains elsewhere that although the FBI had the computer in their possession during Trump’s impeachment hearings, via subpoena, they never got a warrant to actually look at the contents. Which explains a lot.

Then an FBI lawyer doctored information to avoid revealing the target of that warrant was a known CIA asset and had been for decades. Comey received a private, pleading letter from this CIA source and ignored it. This illegally obtained information they used against the president of the United States of America. And it was proven fake. After years of very public, partisan driven media attacks.
