The Audacity of An Empty Suit: Barack Obama
The outcry against Rev. Wright, Barack Obama’s 20-year pastor and campaign spiritual advisor who sermonized, “not God Bless America…no, no, no…God Damn America!”, tells one thing: Barack Obama is a slick, empty suit. Barack Obama clearly has no real principles of his own, and that is a very, very disturbing thought in a potential president. At least Dennis Kucinich knew his albeit wacky principles.
When you campaign for our Republican President, Congressmen, and Senator throughout 2008, remember not only that the leading Democrat candidate associated for 20 years with Rev. Wright, but also that the mainstream newspapers and television buried the revelations, and the Democrat Party has not repudiated Rev. Wright who sermonized: “God Damn America” repeated three times, America deserved what it got on 9/11, America bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki without blinking an eye, America invented HIV for genocide against its people of color, and “not the US-of-A but the US of KKK-A”.
No Republican would utter these words or associate with them, and the GOP grassroots without a doubt would repudiate them. The Democrat Party…even the Clinton campaign? Silent. The Democrat Party, like Obama, has the audacity to again offer America an empty suit of relativism, nuancing, and even America-hating.
