		<description><![CDATA[I agree Heller was a critical win; it marks the beginning of the move to win back our 2A rights, not the end. As to the majority OKing certain measures -- those are things we&#039;d never win in court anyway. At least not unless we somehow get more judges on the Court like Thomas, and even then the lower courts would resist (just as they did with the Court&#039;s interstate commerce narrowing). I think that the ruling poses a major threat to, oh, restrictive licensing and things like that, and probably to AW bans. As the rest, our first line of defense is ballot box.
