TOM DAVIS ENDORSES KEITH FIMIAN

Here is a disappointment, but not a surprise. Tom Davis has endorsed Keith Fimian.

Dear Friends, I am writing to you today for two very important reasons. First of all, I want to be sure you are aware my campaign has been fully endorsed by Congressman Tom Davis. Tom has been very instrumental to my campaign and last week he sent out a formal letter of endorsement to many of his constituents on my behalf (click here for the letter). Keith S. Fimian Candidate for U.S. Congress

Politics, unfortunately, requires a majority to get elected. Effective politics also requires a majority in the legislature. So as much as we might like to, we cannot ignore the “moderate” wing of the Republican Party. Sometimes, in the absence of a better alternative, we even have to vote for “moderate” Republicans (GRRRR!). So it is I can forgive Fimian for seeking and accepting Davis’ endorsement. Nonetheless, if Fimian is elected, I sure hope he does not vote like Tom Davis.
