Deceptive Politics

humor.pngAs part of its Modus Operandi, much of our political establishment spends much of its visible efforts showing the rest of us how much they care for the little people, the poor downtrodden masses. These politicians spend their time coming up with feel good proposals that are in reality nothing more than window dressing. Since most of us do not consider ourselves a member of the poor downtrodden masses, supporting their caring proposals can make us feel good. However, that poses a risk. While we are happily supporting the feel good proposals these sneaky politicians generated with one hand, we should be wondering what they are doing with their other hand.

Two Conservatives exposes one of the more popular deceptions (here). If one of the politicians asking for your vote supports the “living wage”, BEWARE! If this politician actually believes the “living wage” is a good idea, he is not intelligent enough to represent you properly. If he does not believe the “living wage” is a good idea, and he still peddling such drivel, then he is lying to you. Either way, you do not want that clown representing you.
