HB 2797 Born and preborn human being; constitutional right to enjoyment of life — Defeated.

Here are a some stories on the defeat of HB 2797 (here, here and here).  Although the vote was close, the bill received little media coverage.  The vote was not so close that the fate of the bill was in doubt.  In addition, HB 2797 was one amongst many bills being considered by the General Assembly.
